Oakham's Conservation Commission speaks on BESS after hearing from residents.

Private resident recorded the meeting and offered to share this with theACORNS.org.  Commission Summary Actions:  Send a letter to the property owner requesting site access for monitoring.  Seek professional assistance for technical site evaluation.  Explore funding options with town officials.  Plan to revisit flagged areas and determine if buffer zone or wetland violations have occurred.  Consider coordination with Planning Board if appropriate.
